You will take ownership of a stable portfolio comprising long-term clients across commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets. The Role Manage a carefully structured portfolio designed to prioritise quality service over volume. Work with an agency that is selective about the properties it represents, ensuring consistency and strong asset performance. Be supported by an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager, a dedicated Trust Accountant, and centralised administrative support. About You We are seeking a confident and capable professional who can deliver both strategic insight and exceptional service. Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios (industrial, retail, office, or mixed-use). Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with leadership potential. Current WA Property Management Registration. Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially astute.
